How do I choose the right size for Iron Heart denim?
Since our garments are made from heavy-duty fabrics, we recommend using our detailed size charts found on each product page. Compare these measurements with a similar item you already own for the most accurate fit.
What is the difference between Sanforized and Unsanforized denim?
Sanforized denim has been treated to minimize shrinkage, typically shrinking about 1-3%. Unsanforized denim is 'loomstate' and will shrink significantly (up to 10%) after the first soak or wash.
Do you offer international shipping from Germany?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. All orders are processed from our warehouse in Germany.
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of receipt. Please note that customized items, such as hemmed jeans, are excluded from returns.
Can I have my jeans hemmed before shipping?
Yes, we offer a professional chain-stitch hemming service on a Union Special machine. Please specify your desired inseam length when ordering, but keep in mind that hemmed items cannot be returned.
How should I wash my Iron Heart garments?
To preserve the life and color of your denim, we recommend washing inside out at low temperatures (30°C) with a mild detergent. Avoid the tumble dryer and never use bleach.
