At Iron Heart Germany, we want you to be fully satisfied with your heavy-duty garments; if the fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the items are in their original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your customer account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and specify whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are protected. Include the completed return form or a copy of your invoice inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service of your choice to send the package back to our Hamburg warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5 to 7 business days.
